Our quinoa processing plant is strategically located in Lima close to Callao, the main port of Peru. Latest technologies and equipment are used to process and store quinoa grains which are delivered to the plant from all our farms. The systematic combination and alignment of individual technologies in complex full underwater washed processes, fully computerized systems allow us to process interruptedly 40 tons of quinoa every 24 hours.
The processing method we use to turn raw material into the final product is a patented process which does not require man-handling. The entire process is automatized and is managed by few technicians through advanced computer network.
In Quinoa Andina we maximize eﬃciency and productivity by combing human intelligence and latest technology advances. As result all our quinoa products comply with Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) criterions and earn “AA” rating certificate for BRC.
